Expro International Group PLC ("Expro" or "the Group"), announces that at the
Annual General Meeting held at 11.00 am today at its offices in Reading, all
resolutions were passed.

Copies of the resolutions passed as special business have been submitted to the
UK Listing Authority and will be shortly available for inspection at the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary
Wharf, London, EH14 5HS
