                         Compulsory Acquisition Notices


Shell Resources P.L.C. has informed us that yesterday it posted compulsory
acquisition notices, pursuant to section 429(4) of the Companies Act 1985, to
shareholders in Enterprise who have not accepted the Offer made on 9 April 2002
for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Enterprise.  The
transfer of shares pursuant to the compulsory acquisition procedure will take
place on 9 July 2002.
