NOTIFICATION UNDER LISTING RULES - 16.13(c)

We have today been notified by the Trustee of the Enterprise Oil Employee
Worldwide Benefit Trust, of a transfer out of the trust of 14,510 ordinary
shares at 347 pence each in the capital of the company following the exercise
of share options by an employee, in which the Directors, Sir Graham Hearne, P
H Jungels, A B Shilston, A R Armour and K P Watts have a potential interest.
