Enterprise announces first oil from Atlantic Margin
Enterprise Oil today announced that the East Foinaven field had commenced
production at an initial flow rate of around 20,000 barrels per day, exceeding
the expected plateau of 15,000 bopd. The satellite, producing into the FPSO
Petrojarl Foinaven, has reserves of around 36 million barrels and is expected
to produce for up to 10 years.
Gas export is expected to commence early next year through jointly-owned
infrastructure. It will be sold to the Magnus Field owners as part of the
Magnus enhanced oil recovery scheme. Enterprise also has a small equity in
Magnus.

delighted to have our first new hydrocarbons from the Petrobras acquisition
which closed last month. The Atlantic Margin is an exciting area and I look
forward to seeing more activity in this region, including development of the
Clair field.'
