                        STREET') OFFER ACCEPTANCE LEVEL



Commenting on Duke Street's announcement on 21 June 2002, Esporta's Chairman,
John Grieves said:

'This insignificant level of acceptances shows that our Shareholders can see
straight through Duke Street's arguments.

Duke Street's nil premium Offer significantly undervalues Esporta's revitalised
business and its prospects, and Esporta's Shareholders are not going to be
fooled into selling their Company at yesterday's price.'
