APPOINTMENT OF NEW OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

As announced on 20 July 2000, Douglas Waddell joined the Board as Operations
Director to the Company on 1 November 2000.

Patrick Henchoz has confirmed that he will be resigning as a Director and
leaving the company on the 31 December 2000.
