Empiric approved as an internally managed Alternative Investment Fund

The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP) is pleased to announce that the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") has granted the Company authorisation as an internally managed alternative investment fund ("AIF") and as such it is authorised to act as its own alternative investment fund manager with effect from 26 November 2014.
