Appointment of Non-Executive Director

EMIS Group plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that, further to the Company announcement on 2 April 2015, Andrew McKeon will be reappointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 30 September 2015.

Mike O'Leary, Chairman of the Company, said:

"We are delighted to reappoint Andy as a Non-Executive Director following his agreed leave of absence. His considerable knowledge of NHS healthcare is invaluable to the Board and we welcome him back to the team."

Andrew John McKeon, aged 59, has the following current and previous directorships in the past five years.

Non-executive Director at the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE)

Nuffield Trading Limited

Nuffield Trust for Research and Policy Studies in Health Services
