EMIS Group plc ("the Group") has received notification today that on 31 March 2011, Mike O'Leary, the Group's Independent Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each at a price of 460p per share, which is his entire interest in the ordinary shares and represents 0.002% of the Group's issued share capital.
