Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Further to the announcement on 10 April 2017, EMIS Group plc ("the Company"), the UK leader in connected healthcare software and services, confirms that Andy Thorburn joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") with effect from 1 May 2017.

As previously announced, he replaces Chris Spencer, who retired from the Board on 30 April 2017.
