AGM Statement

At the EMIS Group AGM being held later today the Chairman will make the following statement:

"The Board of EMIS Group, the UK leader in connected healthcare software and services, is pleased to announce that trading for the year to date is in line with the Board's expectations. As reported at the time of the 2014 Final Results, issued on 19 March, the Group has strong revenue visibility and a robust order book and contract pipeline, which gives the Board considerable confidence in further sustained growth. 

The Board is also delighted to announce that the Group has now been awarded a fifth contract under the London and Southern Framework replacing Servelec's RiO EPR. The Group continues with extensive tender activity in Child Community & Mental Health (CCMH) and Secondary & Specialist Care and confidently expects to secure further contracts in the near future.

Our ongoing success in CCMH, together with our strong existing market positions across every clinical environment, underpins the EMIS Group vision of supporting longer and healthier lives for everyone by providing integrated, excellent and innovative healthcare IT."
