of the Companies Act 1985 that as at 16 February 2006 Legal and General Group
plc was interested in 15,871,735 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company.
These holdings represent 3.59% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company as at 16 February 2007.
