THE CHANGES ARE DUE TO THE INCORRECT APPLICATION OF INCOME TAX. THE CORRECT
APPLICATION RESULTS IN LESS SHARES BEING DISPOSED AND AN INCREASED TOTAL
SHAREHOLDING.
