                           LISTING PARTICULARS POSTED

Eleco plc announces that the listing particulars in respect of the proposed 
acquisition of Consultec Group AB and issue of 5,705,660 consideration shares, 
which was announced on 19 December 2002, were posted to shareholders yesterday.

An Extraordinary General Meeting to consider, inter alia, the proposed 
acquisition will take place on 29 January 2003.
