                                AGM STATEMENT



The performance of the Group in the first four months of the current year is
broadly in line with that for the corresponding period of the previous year
with good positive cash flow relative to budget. Since my statement
accompanying the Report and Accounts, MBA Computing has improved its trading
position and gained its first major software contract in the US.
