Hay & Robertson PLC ('H&R') has today announced the suspension of trading in its
shares pending clarification of its financial position.  H&R is the UK licensee
for certain of IBL's Admiral products and as such operated an agreement for the
sourcing and distribution of these products with UCCL, which distributes branded
leisurewear to major retail outlets in the UK.



The directors of IBL are monitoring this development with a view to minimising
its impact on the trading performance of IBL.  Shareholders will be updated
further as soon as possible.
