Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Egdon Resources plc (AIM:EDR) announces that pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, 828,271 ordinary shares of 1 pence each have been issued and allotted.

Application has been made for the admission of the 828,271 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealing in these new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on or around 7 March.

Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company has increased to 145,615,814 ordinary shares with an equal amount of voting rights and no shares are held in treasury.
