Egdon Resources plc ("Egdon" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Egdon announces that pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence have been issued and allotted.

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to come effective on 21 September 2011.

The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. 

Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company increased to 130,969,094 ordinary shares with an equal amount of voting rights and no shares held in treasury.
