The Company was notified on 13 June 2007 that, as a result of the acquisition of
515,000 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources ('Ordinary Shares'), Credit Suisse
Securities (Europe) Limited holds 9,188,333 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent
amount of voting rights) which represents approximately 14.04 per cent. of the
issued Ordinary Share voting capital of the Company.
