The Company was notified today by JP Morgan Securities Ltd, on behalf of
JPMorgan Fleming Mercantile Trust Plc ('JPMFMIT'), that as a result of a sale
totalling 400,000 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources, JPMFMIT now has a material
interest in 2,970,537 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately
5.76 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
