The Company was notified on 9 March by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited
('CSSEL') that, as a result of recent purchases, CSSEL now holds an interest in
1,638,333 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 3.18 per
cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
