of ordinary shares on 4 December 2007, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited
holds 14,845,154 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent amount of voting rights)
which represents approximately 22.68 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
