In conformity with the transitional provisions of the EU Transparency Directive
the Company was informed on 6 February 2007 that Credit Suisse Securities
Limited is interested in 7,188,333 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company, representing 10.98 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company. The Company was also informed on 6 February 2007 that JP Morgan
Asset Management (UK) Limited is interested in 4,573,008 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company, representing 6.99 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
