October 2007 of 1,260,295 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources ('Ordinary
Shares'), JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited holds 3,312,713 Ordinary
Shares (with an equivalent amount of voting rights) which represents
approximately 4.89 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share voting capital of the
Company.
