result of its disposal of 850,000 ordinary shares in Egdon Resources, has an
interest in 5,772,558 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately
11.19 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Such interest includes the material interests of the clients of Bluehone
Investors LLP below:
