EA minded to award environmental permit for Holmwood exploration well

Egdon notes that the operator Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, made the following RNS Reach announcement on 19 February 2018 concerning the Holmwood Exploration well where Egdon has an 18.4% carried interest:

"Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the UK and Ireland focused exploration, development and production company, is pleased to note a draft decision advertisement issued by the Environment Agency on 15 February (http://bit.ly/2C3rPDh ) that it is inclined to award a bespoke environmental permit for drilling and testing the Holmwood exploration well in PEDL 143 at Bury Hill Wood, Coldharbour Lane, Surrey. A four-week public consultation process runs from 15 February to 15 March.  The Environment Agency issued a press release on 16 February regarding the consultation process. For further information, follow this link:  http://bit.ly/2Buoa05 .
