Egdon Resources plc (the 'Company') has been informed that Non-Executive
Director Walter Roberts has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at 37.75p each. Mr Roberts is now the beneficial owner of 576,750
ordinary shares, representing 1.12% of the current issued share capital.

The Company has also been informed that Non-Executive Director John Rix has
today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 37p each. Mr Rix is now
the beneficial owner of 1,126,333 ordinary shares, representing 2.18% of the
current issued share capital.
