Egdon Resources plc (the 'Company') was informed today that Mr Walter Roberts,
Non-Executive Director, on Friday 29th February 2008 has transferred to family
members an aggregate of 420,000 shares in the market at 24.75p as part of a
reorganisation of his share holdings.

Mr Roberts' total beneficial shareholding in Egdon remains unchanged at
1,026,750 ordinary shares, representing 1.514% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
