Portfolio Reorganisation Update

At the Company's AGM, held Monday 27th January 2014, shareholders approved the proposals to broaden the Company's investment policy.

The broadened policy allows the Managers to invest principally in smaller, less mature companies at the time of initial investment (typically with a market cap of less than $5bn).

As at 31 January 2014 the Company has substantially completed the reorganisation of the portfolio.

Performance will be measured against the S&P Citigroup Global Small Cap index (in sterling terms) as of 1 February 2014, with historic data chain linked.
