Dividend information

Further to the preliminary announcement of the Company's results for the year to 31 October 2011, the final dividend of 1.50p per share, if approved, will be paid on 8 February 2012 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13 January 2012.  The ex-dividend date is 11 January 2012. The registrars, Computershare Investor Services plc, offer a dividend reinvestment plan. The final date for the receipt of elections for the dividend reinvestment plan is 20 January 2012.
