At a board meeting held today, the directors of Edinburgh New Income Trust plc resolved that a third interim dividend of 1.3p (2009/10 - 1.3p) per ordinary share (£266,748) be declared in respect of the year to 31 May 2011, payable on 6 May 2011 to shareholders on the register on 8 April 2011. The ex-dividend date is 6 April 2011.
