Valuation Movements and NAV

The Company's board of directors ("Board"), as advised by its investment manager, Edge Investments Limited, announces that following the payment of a 35p per Share dividend ( approximately 17%) on 6 May 2022 and recent market movements in the Company's listed shareholdings it estimates that, as at 30 May 2022, the unaudited net asset value per share of the Company has decreased by approximately 25% to 154p (23 March 2022, 207p)

The estimated unaudited net asset value total return per share as at 30 May 2022 is approximately 231p (23 March 2022, 249p).

The Board emphasises that the NAV per share as recalculated above is unaudited and reflects only the movements in the Company's listed shareholdings, in particular a decrease in the share price of Audioboom Group Plc and Unity Software Inc., an estimated movement in the Company's net current assets and the payment of the 35p per Share dividend on 6 May 2022. It does not reflect a full revaluation of unquoted investments.
