Result of Annual General Meeting

ECSC (AIM: ECSC), a leading provider of cyber security services, including Artificial Intelligence-based managed services, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions, except resolution 7, were duly passed on a poll.

The Board notes that resolution 7, which would have enabled the Board to issue up to 20% of the Company's issued share capital for cash, was not passed. ECSC is committed to working with its shareholders and will therefore seek to enter into a dialogue in relation to subject of resolution 7.
