Retirement of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") confirms that Mr Anthony Yadgaroff has retired from his role as Non-Executive Director of the Company as previously announced in the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts and as communicated to shareholders at the AGM on April 30, 2015.

Mike Blyth, Chairman, commented:

"The Board would like to thank Anthony for his contribution to the Company over the past twelve and a half years and wishes him well for the future."
