Anglo Pacific Group plc ('the Company) announces that it received notification
today that, following the purchase of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares on 22 January
2001, Millennium Trust has a revised notifiable interest in 8,100,000 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in the Company representing approximately 9.31% of the
issued ordinary share capital.
