Disclosure of share purchase by Partner of Ecofin Limited

The Company announces that it was informed today by Mr. Matthew Breidert, a Partner of Ecofin Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, that he has bought 86,188 Ordinary shares at an average price of 115.50p per share between 3 March 2017 and 6 March 2017.

Following this transaction, Mr. Breidert owns 181,104 Ordinary shares, representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
