EcoSecurities announces that it was informed on 8 June 2007 that on 30 April
2007 Jesse Fink transferred the registered ownership of his shareholding in the
Company to Goldman Sachs & Co., who are acting as his custodian.  Following this
transfer, in respect of which no consideration was paid; Jesse Fink retains an
unchanged interest in 4,227,099 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.25 cents
(Euro) each, representing 4.62% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
