EcoSecurities Group PLC announces that it has received the following information
from FMR Corp about its interest in the Ordinary Shares of EcoSecurities Group
PLC:


Pursuant to Section 67 of the Irish Companies Act 1990 FMR Corp and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-beneficial holders, have an
interest in 4,950,300 Ordinary Shares of EcoSecurities Group PLC, representing a
total of 5.40% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (91,626,676).
