EcoSecurities announces that it was informed on 23 March 2007 that Marc D.
Stuart, Co-Founder and Director of New Business Development for the Company, on
that day transferred the registered ownership of all his Company shares to
Goldman Sachs Nominees Limited, who are holding them on his behalf.  Following
this transfer, in respect of which no consideration was paid, Mr. Stuart retains
an (unchanged) interest in 12,292,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 0.25
cents (Euro) each, representing 13.27% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
