                                  Board Change

Dublin, 22 February, 2008: EcoSecurities, a leading company in the business of
sourcing, developing and trading carbon credits from greenhouse gas emission
reduction projects, announces that, further to its release of 7 December 2007,
Jack MacDonald has now taken up his new position as Director of Corporate
Development. In his new role Mr MacDonald will focus on identifying and
executing strategic opportunities, with particular emphasis on acquisitions and
project investments.  Mr. MacDonald has over the past month transitioned his
responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer to James Thompson, who joined
EcoSecurities' Board on 23 January 2008. With this transition now complete, 
Mr. MacDonald resigned from the Board effective today.
