               EcoSecurities appoints new Non-Executive Director

Dublin, 20th February 2008: EcoSecurities, a leading company in the business of
sourcing, developing and trading carbon credits from greenhouse gas emission
reduction projects, announces the appointment of Alec Dreyer as a Non Executive
Director with effect from (today,) 20th February 2008.

Based in Houston, Texas, Mr. Dreyer, until recently, served as Chief Executive
Officer of Horizon Wind Energy LLC, a Company that developed, built and operated
wind farms in Washington, Oklahoma, New York, Texas and Illinois, USA. Preceding
this, Mr. Dreyer served as President of Dynegy Inc's Generation Division where
he managed approximately 13,000 megawatts of generation with 10 officers and
approximately 1,200 employees. Mr. Dreyer is currently a member of the Board of
Directors of Comverge Inc, a leading clean energy company which provides demand
response and advanced metering solutions to electricity utilities. Mr. Dreyer is
a Certified Public Accountant, registered in the state of Illinois.

Commenting on the appointment, Mark Nicholls, Chairman, said: "We are delighted
Alec is joining the Board. His reputation and expertise in the clean energy
industry will be of great value to EcoSecurities and we know he will make a
strong contribution to the Company going forward."
