James will commence employment with the Company in early 2008 and will be appointed to the Board as of that time. James Thompson (45) has over 23 years experience in the corporate finance sector and has spent the last five years as Chief Financial Officer with Greenergy International, an independent renewable energy company specialising in bio transportation fuels, based in London. Prior to this, James held the position of Chief Financial Officer with USIT World and also spent eight years working in the Corporate Finance divisions of ING Barings and Paribas. James began his career with Coopers and Lybrand where he trained as a Chartered Accountant. The expansion of the senior management team will allow the current Chief Financial Officer, Jack MacDonald, to fully transition into his new role as Director of Corporate Development. Jack's responsibilities will focus on identifying and developing new strategies for growth, with particular emphasis on acquisitions and project investments.
