Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 26,530 new ordinary
shares of EUR0.0025 each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, where
they will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.

These shares are being issued as part consideration for the acquisition of the
assets of Trexler Climate & Energy Services, Inc.

Following admission the Company will have 112,998,464 ordinary shares of
EUR0.0025 each in issue.
