                                 Issue of equity

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 165,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM as a result of the
exercise of options. It is anticipated that these shares will be admitted to
trading on 26 April 2010.

The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of
options will be 51,777,768.
