The Board of Lawrence was informed today in accordance with sections 198 to 202
of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Gold-Coast Nominees Limited have a
holding of 2,800,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.9 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
