The  Board  of Lawrence was informed on 15 August 2007, in accordance  with  the
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that Schroders
plc,  on behalf of certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, collectively
and  non-beneficially have a holding of 9,404,997 ordinary  shares  representing
approximately 27.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
