Holding in Company
The Company was informed today in accordance with rule 15 of the AIM
Rules, that Schroder Investment Management Limited, following the
purchase of 30,000 Lawrence ordinary shares of 5p each on 12 February
2004, accordingly now has an interest in 1,897,967 ordinary shares
representing approximately 7.096 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
