Holding In Company
The Board of Lawrence was informed on 16 December 2003 in accordance
with sections 198 to 208 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that
Schroder Investment Management Limited now has a holding of 1,697,967
ordinary shares representing approximately 6.40. per cent. of the
Company's issued voting share capital.
