                 Further re Interim Dividend and Scrip Dividend

On 11 March 2008 the Company announced that the record date for the alternative
scrip dividend would be 28 March 2008 and it was therefore anticipated that the
ex-dividend date would be 26 March 2008.  Through no fault of its own the
Company's shares were actually declared ex-dividend as of 3 April 2008.  The
record date will, however, remain unchanged at 28 March 2008.  A circular
detailing the scrip dividend scheme is now expected to be posted to shareholders
on 14 April 2008.  The payment date will remain unchanged at 12 May 2008.

The expected timetable of events is therefore as follows:
