Further  to the announcement of the appointment of Michael Sanders to the  board
of  Lawrence plc, the Company announces that Michael John Sanders, aged 66,  has
in  the  previous five years been a director of and the President of Eco  Animal
Health Limited.

Mr Sanders has no other current or previous directorships.
There are no other details required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph
(f) of the AIM Rules.
